Christy Crafted Covers is a handmade home decor business based in Cincinnati, Ohio. We specialize in handmade fabric tissue box covers, toilet paper covers, and decorative hand towels. Every product is individually handcrafted by Christy in her smoke-free studio.
2. Products and Handmade Variations
All of our products are handmade from premium fabrics including linen, linen blend, cotton, and toile. Because each item is individually handcrafted, slight variations in pattern placement, stitching, and fabric texture may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative of the item you will receive, but your cover may differ slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through Stripe and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
4. Orders and Processing
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please review your order details carefully, including color, size, and monogram selections. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at christycraftedcovers@gmail.com. Because our products are handmade to order, we may not be able to modify or cancel an order once production has begun. Processing times vary and are listed on individual product pages.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location and are estimates only. Christy Crafted Covers is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. International shipping is not available at this time unless otherwise stated.

Personalized and monogrammed items are made to order and may not be eligible for return.
