What Can Be Returned
✅ Eligible for Return
- Regular-priced items in original, unused condition
- Items in original packaging, shipped back in a box
- Requests made within 14 days of delivery
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- Monogrammed or personalized items
- Sale or discounted items
- Items returned after 14 days of delivery
- Items showing signs of use or washing
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend insured, trackable shipping — we are not responsible for lost returns
- Items not in original condition will not be refunded and will be shipped back at the customer’s expense
How to Start a Return
- 1Email Us Within 14 DaysContact us at hello@christycraftedcovers.com with your order number and reason for return.
- 2Get Your RMA NumberWe’ll review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 1–2 business days.
- 3Ship It Back SecurelyPack the item carefully in a box with your RMA number included. Use insured, trackable shipping. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- 4Receive Your RefundOnce we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method, minus the 20% restocking fee.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at hello@christycraftedcovers.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right — no restocking fee applies to our errors.
