Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to return your order within 30 days.

The deadline for returning an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

All returns must be received within thirty (30) days of the original delivery date. Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for return shipping. Returns received after this period are not eligible for a refund.

In order to exercise your right to return your order, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the return refund.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging. The items being returned must be packaged in a box to protect the item being crushed or creased when mailed.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications(custom made or a requested alteration) or clearly personalized for example monogrammed initial/initials or embroidery initial/initials.

  • Items bought as clearance or sale items.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, are destroyed, soiled, washed, or crushed are not returnable.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Please note that refunds are not issued on lost packages in the mail when shipped out to you.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Contact me for the return address.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

For items purchased as gifts and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit will be issued in the amount of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be provided by email or mail.
